The MM Matrimony.in contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You may not copy, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any such proprietary information.
Opinions, statements, or content made available through the Service by members, are those of the respective member, and should not necessarily be relied upon.
Such members are solely responsible for putting such content and not MMmatrimony.in.
Aadhaar authentication is part of the user identity verification and validation through UIDAI in real-time and hence all the new Users/Members are required to furnish their Aadhaar details while creating the profile.
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data"); (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Company, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.
Users/Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that one designate during the Registration process and Users/Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password. User/Member should immediately notify Service Provider of any unauthorized use of their credential or any other breach of security. MM Matrimony will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Member/User or any third party on account of any breach on part of Member/User. User/Member should use particular caution when accessing account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. In case of sharing of computer with others, you are at a risk of someone misusing your account. You should consider disabling your auto-sign in features.
This Site is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users must also be of legal marriage age. Men in India must be atleast 21 years of age to register. Any registration, use of or access to the Site by anyone under the above stated ages is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. You as an individual or the one who created the profile for you as per your approval or directions or suggestions are solely responsible for the photos, profiles (including your name, image, and likeness), messages, notes, text, information, music, advertisements, videos, listings, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the "User Content"). You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. Paid members can see Phone/Email of other members. When you view contact details of any other member you would be able to see one or more of the following details: Email and/or Phone Number. This is deemed as a Contact View and a count is deducted from your "Contact Credits." Ability to see contact details of another member is subject to the condition that you pass the filter criteria of the other members and that they have not declined your profile or deleted/hidden their own profile. We do not guarantee that you will be able to speak/correspond with the profile on the provided Mobile, Landline or Email ID. Free plan members will not be able to view contacts members.
The creation of duplicate profiles on MM Matrimony is prohibited. In case the member has forgotten their password they can use the password retrieval option. Forgetting password, User ID, reaching contact limits or any other reason for creating more than one profile on MM Matrimony is not allowed. We reserve the right to delete/block this profile or restrict access of this profile to use the Platform. MM Matrimony at its own discretion can decide to delete/restrict access of members who have created duplicate profiles. This may include restricting all profiles, including the original of the member.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other MM Matrimony users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting on the MM Matrimony website or service any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights have been breached, notify us so we can remove the offending piece.
MM Matrimony is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. Service Provider is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications.
The Website and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and MM Matrimony. in expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. MM Matrimony cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Website and/or the Service.
